In 2025, we celebrated five years of The Light Collective! Our Board and staff spent focused time listening to our community to determine how we might grow our impact strategically and sustainably. The Strategic Framework linked below is the result. We are clear-eyed in our commitment to families in the Pacific Northwest who have a child with cancer. In the coming years, we will be guided by an updated mission + vision + values, and six areas of focus.

The path ahead is focused, joyful, rooted in impact, and illuminated by our extraordinary Collective. We’ll keep families at the center, strengthen foundational partnerships, and grow in ways that sustain our caring community. Our Board will track progress, making sure we stay aligned, accountable, and adaptable as we go. The future is bright. We’re just getting started!
